I then returned home. I put away the food. I filed this report.

I will now eat a 1/6th piece of pumpkin pie.

On channel 137 the Catholic Faith network, I am watching the Midnight Christmas mass from the Vatican. I actually spent Easter night in April 1972 sitting outside all night at the Vatican before catching a morning flight to Athens, Greece, where I met up with my college classmate George Cary. I can not remember if we were on the same flight or met up in the Athen's airport. I remember George wanted to connect with a lady he knew that had a Rolls Royce.

Meals on Wheels delivered me a Christmas Card today from the Wallace Center. I then returned home. I picked up the mail. I filed this report.

I kept an eye on the pier on Steamboat Road. I used the Greenwich Library regularly. I toured the old Greenwich Hospital Thrift shop a lot. I quit visiting Manhattan about 20 years ago, but I have been to Europe to Innsbruck and the Winter Olympics in France. I also have spent a lot of time for 37 years with personal computers and the internet.

When I first came off Nantucket in December 1983, and I returned to Greenwich, I went into a Manhattan a few times. I did meet a doctor who was spending Christmas Day with Happy Rockefeller, and he gave me $135 to take a taxi back to Greenwich, which I used the train instead. However, I have been gradually been paying it back with interest on it over time.

On my overall medical conditions, I have a number of major problems.
Recently I have a complete heart blockage, so a pacemaker was installed on my heart. I am having to sleep a lot to recuperate. I sometimes have minor chest pains and minor dizziness.
I have had Schizophrenia effective disorder since December 1983. For that, I take 3 mg. of risperdone a day.
For a long time, I have had type two diabetes. For that, I take Metaformin HCL 500 mg. a day
For a long time, I have had severe arthritis.
For the last five years, I have had problems walking long distances like the length of Greenwich Avenue.
I smoked for 50 years, and when I had pneumonia last February, I quit smoking and started using a 27 mg. and a 7 mg. nicotine patches a day. My lungs show the result of smoking, but no lung cancer. I also use the Anora Ellipta inhaler every morning.
For about four years I have had prostate problems, where I have to go to the bathroom about eight times a night. For that, I take Finasteride 5 mg. a day.
I have high cholesterol for a long time which I take Atorvastic 40 mg. once a day.
I have Covid 19 about three years ago.
I weight 225 pound and waist 54 inches, so I am way out of shape.
I have a number of dermatology spots that need to be looked at too.
I see the podiatrist every couple of months to have my toe nails clipped.
Twice for the last number of years, I have had Kidney stone surgery. That gave me retrograde ejaculation.
About ten years ago, I had severe pancreatitis treated at the Greenwich Hospital.
About 25 years ago, I had a groin hernia repaired.
About every two days, I have major diarrhea.
I woke up with sticky flim in my mouth and throat. I tried to spit it out in the toilet, but I finally had to pull it out of my mouth with my fingers, and then I drank a glass of water.

I drove down Greenwich Avenue as far as www.starbucks.com . There is a nice new wreath at the Veterans' Monument to remember Pearl Harbor Day. I went to the Stop and Shop at 161 West Putnam Avenue. I bought a pumpkin pie for $7.99, a six pack of Stop and Shop English muffins for $1.50, a package of deli American cheese for $5.11, and a package of deli ham for $5.51 for $20.11 total. I did not take my walker into the store, just my shopping bag. I then returned home, and I carried up my purchases without the walker, and I put them away. I filed this report. I left the walker in the car.
